| CREAM OF TOMATO RECIPE
Cream of Tomato Soup
Cream of Tomato Soup (Serves 4)
half litre milk
half litre water
150g tomato puree
Fry onion in margarine till tender and add flour, mixing well.
Add water and beat well.
Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and pour in milk.
Bring to the boil and simmer for a couple of minutes or so.
Sprinkle some parsley on top.
