| SOLE WITH GRAPES RECIPE
Sole with Grapes
Sole with Grapes (Serves 4)
4 sole fillets of 100g each
250ml white grape juice
salt and freshly ground pepper
40 deseeded white grapes
Put the sole in a wide shallow pan and pour over the grape juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer for about 15 mins. until the fish is tender.
Add the grapes and cook for a further 5 mins.
Place the fish on a heated serving dish and pour the sauce and grapes over.
