Rice and Beans
Rice and Beans (Serves 6)
200g. red Adzuki beans
500g. Jasmine rice
3 spring onions with green tops (finely chopped)
1 large knob of fresh ginger (peeled and finely chopped)
50g. toasted sesame seeds
Soak the beans overnight.
Boil the beans for 45 minutes or until tender.
Boil the Jasmine rice and drain immediately when ready.
Stir in the spring onions, ginger and sesame seeds.
Add in the beans.
Season and add some soy sauce to taste.
