  QUICK PIZZA Recipe


Quick Pizza

Quick Pizza (Serves 4)

Ingredients:
  • 1 wholemeal roll
  • polyunsaturated margarine
  • 25g lean ham, chopped
  • t sliced tomato
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 25g sliced low-fat cheese


    Method:
    Split the roll in two and spread each half with a little margarine.
    Divide the ham, tomato and onion between the two halves and cover each half with slices of cheese.
    Cook under a fairly hot grill for 5 to 10 minuntes, or until the cheese is lightly browned.
