Garlic Potato Wedges
Garlic Potato Wedges (Serves 4)
3 large potatos
2 tsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp. light olive oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
6 crushed garlic cloves
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius/400 degrees farenheit/Gas Mark 4.
Scrub the potatos well and cut into 8 wedges.
Place all the wedges in a bowl and add the olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic, and mix together to coat each wedge evenly.
Put the coated wedges on a backing tray and bale in preheated oven for 30-40 mins until they are browned.
Serve as a side dish or with one of our dips
