Blue Cheese Dip
Blue Cheese Dip (Serves 4-8)
250 grams ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
50 grams blue cheese
1 tablespoon plain low fat yoghurt
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 crushed garlic cloves
Place all the ingredients in the blender and work through.
Serve along with fresh carrots, grissini and crackers.
