  BLUE CHEESE DIP RECIPE


Blue Cheese Dip

Blue Cheese Dip (Serves 4-8)

Ingredients:
  • 250 grams ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
  • 50 grams blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon plain low fat yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves


    Method:
    Place all the ingredients in the blender and work through.
    Serve along with fresh carrots, grissini and crackers.
